Sponge Cake
Yogurt- 2tbsp
Oil- ¼ c
Imitation Vanilla essence- 3-4 drops
Baking powder- 1tsp
Baking soda- ¼ tsp
Sugar- ½ c
Milk powder- 2tsp
All purpose flour- 1C
Milk – Add to the above ingredients till you get soft ribbon consistency. App 1/2c
Method: Add the above ingredients in the order as mentioned above in a bowl or mixer(use batter attachment). Blend them nicely. Wait for 10minutes. Keep the oven warm for 10mins.
Then transfer the batter in to a baking tray. Bake at 350degree forenheit for 20mins.
Cake Frosting
Cool Whip
Keep the coolwhip in the refrigerator overnight.
Add desired colors and decorate your cake. If the cool whip melts and difficult to shape, whisk until soft peaks appear and continue
Bread/ Pav Recipe/panini recipe
All purpose flour: 4c
Salt: ½ tsp
Milk(luke warm): 2c
Sugar: 1tbsp(11/2 tbsp for pav)
Yeast: ½ tbsp
Butter: 2tbsp
Add all the ingredients in a mixer or knead with the hand in a bowl. Let it raise for 60-90 minutes. Roll as long foot longs for Sandwiches, or make balls and place them in a square baking tray for pavs. Warm the oven for 10mins and keep the rolled breads in the warm oven for 15minutes. Once they are raised well, brush them with milk or butter on top of breads and bake them for 20mins at 350degree forenheit. Once the top of the breads turns to light brownish color, take them out of the oven. Wait until they are cooled down and cut to square shape pavs. If they are sandwiches, you can slit lengthwise add cheese, vegetables, sauce and make them ready.

Make the sandwich bread much wider and flat. So that you can use panini grill and toast them nicely.
